Enhanced Retouching: Editing requests such as swapping heads, changing colors, extensive hair retouching, and replacing backgrounds are billed at $25.00 per 15-minute increment. You will receive an estimate for retouching to approve before any work begins.

Turnaround Time: Online Proof Gallery will be available 2 business days after the session. Once you place your order, please allow 5 business days for delivery. Rush service is available if requested prior to the photoshoot and may incur an additional fee.

FAQ’s for Team Headshots

How many people can you photograph in an hour?
We find that 10-15 minutes per person is the perfect amount of time. A big part of what makes Bright Headshots and Branding unique is our ability to help people relax in front of the camera. That said, we can adjust the pace to fit your team’s schedule if needed.

If fewer people show up than we anticipated, do we receive a partial refund?
The photography session fee, either half day or full day, will be billed for the time reserved for the session. The Per Person Fee is charged based on how many people we photograph. 

We need a group photo of our executives, but scheduling conflicts make that impossible. Any suggestions?
For groups of fewer than 10-12 people, we recommend photographing each person individually using the same backdrop and lighting. We’ll then digitally compile them into a cohesive group shot. This eliminates scheduling conflicts and allows you to update the group photo easily when personnel changes occur.

What should people wear?
We'll provide a style guide with outfit tips and suggestions to share with everyone being photographed. We recommend setting a dress code in advance and asking everyone to dress accordingly.

Do you provide a hair and makeup artist?
Absolutely! For an additional fee, we can arrange for hair and makeup artists to be on-site for a seamless start-to-finish experience. For larger group photoshoots, they will focus on quick touch-ups.

We have independent agents/owners at our place of business. Can you set up at our office and have individuals pay you directly?
We’d be happy to set up at your office! Your place of business would need to guarantee our rate and pay a deposit. Alternatively, individuals can book photo sessions at our studio.
